The hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, but the dated furniture and cold loft structure were drawbacks. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The location was convenient, close to attractions and embassy offices, while the dining experience was mediocre. The facilities were average.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although a bit worn out, were exceptionally spacious and comfortable for the price paid. The service, while friendly, had some hiccups with billing, and the hotel's location was excellent for exploring Miraflores, despite some issues with the manager's attitude. The dining options were acceptable with some limitations, and the facilities added to the overall experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were huge and clean, albeit a bit dated, they didn't disappoint, and they were lovely and big with some beautiful dimmable lamps and even 2 bathrooms, providing great comfort. The service was exceptional, as they were always ready to help beyond the basics and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location was very convenient, close to everything you might need, including the beaches, and perfect for exploring Larco Mar. The dining experience was acceptable, although the hotel didn't offer the ability to make our own hot drinks, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, a great value for the experience.
